Endoscopy Superstore® ships via UPS within the United States, defaulting to UPS Ground. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method.

Packaging & Inspection
We ensure all products are carefully packed to minimize in-transit damage. Upon receipt, inspect your shipment immediately. If damage is found, document the damage and contact Endoscopy Superstore® right away.
Concealed Damage
If damage is discovered after unpacking, retain all packing materials and notify Endoscopy Superstore® immediately to request an inspection.
Short Shipments
If items are missing from your shipment, contact Customer Service immediately.
