Return Policy
Credit will only be issued for products returned within 30 days of the invoice date, in resalable condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at (818)-340-3433 or use the contact us form to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
Important Notes:

Merchandise returned without prior authorization (RMA#) will not be accepted for credit. Receipt of an RMA# does not guarantee a final credit.

No credit will be issued for products returned after 30 days from the invoice date.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be carefully packed and shipped pre-paid to Endoscopy Superstore®. Shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return is due to an error on our part.

A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included to ensure prompt processing of your return.

Products damaged or altered by the buyer

Health and Safety:
To prevent the transmission of disease, all products must be cleaned, sterilized, and/or disinfected before return. Endoscopy Superstore® reserves the right to return unclean products or charge a cleaning fee.
Damaged Products:
If a product becomes damaged and is not returned for repair, Endoscopy Superstore® is not responsible for continued use of the product.
Repairs and Modifications:
We do not guarantee the performance of, nor will we accept returns for, products that have been repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than Endoscopy Superstore® or an authorized repair facility.
