Warranty
Endoscopy Superstore® guarantees that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, provided they are used as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, as well as product malfunctions occurring during the warranty period.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, or improper operation. It also excludes repairs, alterations, or modifications made by anyone other than Endoscopy Superstore® or an authorized repair facility, damage from unapproved accessories or other manufacturers’ equipment, normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, and products not used according to manufacturer instructions.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, contact Customer Service at 818-340-3433 or via email for assistance. If a defect is confirmed, Endoscopy Superstore® will determine the appropriate action: repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions & Limitations
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by Endoscopy Superstore®. No other warranties, express or implied—including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—apply. Endoscopy Superstore® is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, delays, or product failures.
Authorized Repair Facilities
Warranty claims must be handled through Endoscopy Superstore®’s authorized repair facilities. Products repaired, modified, or altered by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.Â
