🕶️ Surgical Education in 3D — and Yes, We Brought the Shades
We were proud to support the 9th Annual Advanced Endoscopic & Endoluminal Surgery Course, hosted by the USC Division of Colorectal Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine — a dynamic two-day experience focused on cutting-edge, minimally invasive techniques.
This year, we were especially honored to recognize Dr. Kyle Cologne, a key contributor to the course and an expert in laparoscopic and minimally invasive treatment of colorectal conditions. Since joining Keck Medicine of USC in 2012, Dr. Cologne has performed over 1,000 major colorectal procedures and remains deeply committed to patient-centered care and surgical education.
Course highlights included:
🔹 Live case demonstrations and hands-on procedural labs
🔹 Deep dives into EMR, ESD, and full-thickness resection techniques
🔹 A full 3D experience with the AED ENDOPRO 3D, giving attendees a whole new perspective — literally — through immersive anatomical visualization (and some seriously stylish 3D glasses)
We’re thrilled to see technology like the AED ENDOPRO 3D making surgical learning more interactive, intuitive, and memorable. Here’s to pushing boundaries in education — and having a little fun while doing it.
