Shipping Method
Endoscopy Superstore® ships via UPS within the United States, defaulting to UPS Ground. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method.

Customer-Provided Shipping Accounts
If you wish to use your own shipping account, please include either a shipping label or your account number, zip code, and preferred shipping speed in an email to: customerservice@endoscopysuperstore.com

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Exclusions may apply.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Packaging & Inspection
We ensure all products are carefully packed to minimize in-transit damage. Upon receipt, inspect your shipment immediately. If damage is found, document the damage and contact Endoscopy Superstore® right away.

Concealed Damage
If damage is discovered after unpacking, retain all packing materials and notify Endoscopy Superstore® immediately to request an inspection.

Short Shipments
If items are missing from your shipment, contact Customer Service immediately.

Liability
Endoscopy Superstore® is not liable for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by any external factors.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Goods
Any missing or damaged goods must be reported to Customer Service within five (5) business days of delivery. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to warranty claims or refunds.

To request a quote, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Add the products you want to request a quote for to your shopping cart.
  2. Go to your cart page by clicking the cart icon or the “View Cart” button.
  3. On the cart page, you will find the “Add to Quote” button. Click this button to submit your quote request.
  4. Fill out your information as prompted, and your quote will be emailed to you.

Credit will only be issued for products returned within 30 days of the invoice date, in resalable condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at (818)-340-3433 or use the contact us form to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Important Notes:

  • Merchandise returned without prior authorization (RMA#) will not be accepted for credit. Receipt of an RMA# does not guarantee a final credit.

  • No credit will be issued for products returned after 30 days from the invoice date.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be carefully packed and shipped pre-paid to Endoscopy Superstore®. Shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return is due to an error on our part.

  • A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be included to ensure prompt processing of your return.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Products held longer than 30 days from the invoice date

  • Custom-etched or engraved products

  • Incomplete products

  • Products damaged or altered by the buyer

  • Used products

Health and Safety:
To prevent the transmission of disease, all products must be cleaned, sterilized, and/or disinfected before return. Endoscopy Superstore® reserves the right to return unclean products or charge a cleaning fee.

Damaged Products:
If a product becomes damaged and is not returned for repair, Endoscopy Superstore® is not responsible for continued use of the product.

Repairs and Modifications:
We do not guarantee the performance of, nor will we accept returns for, products that have been repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than Endoscopy Superstore® or an authorized repair facility.
