Mastering the Deep Plane in 3D: EndoPro® Spotlighted at Bringing You The Masters

The Master the Endo Deep Plane Course brought together elite facial plastic surgeons for two days of advanced training on December 7–8, 2025. Hosted by Bringing You The Masters at the prestigious 4S Summit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the event delivered unmatched education in the FULL SMAS CONCEPT® through cadaver dissections and live surgery demonstrations.

Internationally recognized surgeons Renato Saltz, MD, Carlos Casagrande, MD, and Greg Albert, MD led the course, integrating the EndoPro® 3D Visualization System to elevate the precision and clarity of deep-plane instruction. By providing stereoscopic depth, sharper visualization, and superior anatomical orientation, EndoPro® 3D allowed participants to see subtle tissue planes, retaining ligaments, and nerve pathways with a clarity impossible in 2D.

During cadaver lab sessions, surgeons used EndoPro® 3D to observe the delicate transitions within the SMAS–platysma system and the fine anatomy essential for deep-plane procedures. This enhanced clarity improved understanding of SMAS–platysma elevation, midface and malar ligament release, facial retaining structures, and cervicofacial fascial planes. The system enabled safer, more precise dissections and strengthened participants’ confidence in performing advanced movements necessary for natural, lasting outcomes.

Live surgery demonstrations further highlighted the power of 3D visualization. Faculty surgeons performed high-SMAS, deep-plane lifting, endoscopic brow and midface techniques, and SMAS reshaping, all viewed by attendees through EndoPro® 3D. The immersive experience provided real-time depth perception during delicate undermining, improved visualization of facial retaining ligaments, and enhanced the ability to follow multi-vector SMAS repositioning. Surgeons could appreciate subtle anatomical details during subplatysmal and neck contouring, gaining educational insight that 2D systems cannot deliver.

This advanced course was made possible through the collaboration of Bringing You The Masters and the generous support of Marina Medical, whose commitment to surgical excellence and innovation helped ensure an exceptional hands-on educational experience for every participant.

From deep-plane mastery to advanced SMAS techniques, the 2025 Specialization Course demonstrated how EndoPro® 3D is reshaping surgical education and elevating procedural precision. Surgeons left the event with enhanced anatomical insight, safer and more accurate dissection skills, and the ability to achieve better outcomes through superior visualization.
