    Who is AED?

    Since 1985, National Advanced Endoscopy Devices, Inc. is a leader in manufacturing, repair and servicing of Endoscopes, Endoscopic Instruments, General Instrumentation and ancillary items.

    Located in the United States, AED offers new and innovative endoscopes and instruments for all specialties in endoscopy.

    AED products are manufactured in the United States using only German surgical stainless steel and German optics.

    Registered with the FDA and ISO 13485 certified, all products have FDA pre-market 510(k) approval. AED autoclavable products have been validated for STERRAD™ and steam sterilization methods.

    AED has Group Purchasing Organization contracts with Amerinet, MAGNET, MedAssets, Premier and the Veterans Administration.

    AED is a minority woman owned small business and meets the Emerging Small Business criteria.

    Why should I become a registered customer?

    Setting up an account facilitates quicker order entry and check out. Your registration information is considered private; we will not share your contact information. Please see our Privacy Statement. You may check out as a guest if you prefer.

     How do I place an order?

    Orders are placed through our online check out process. Orders received before 3:00PM PST during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8AM-4PM PST) will be processed that day. Orders placed after normal business hours will be processed on the next business day.

    What are my payment options? 

    Payment may be made using PayPal™ or by credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.

    How will my order be shipped?

    EndoscopySuperstore ships domestically and automatically defaults to FedEx Ground. Your preferred delivery method is offered as an option at the time of checkout. We are currently only accepting orders from North America (US and Canada). All pricing is in US dollars. For any orders outside of the US and Canada, please review the distributor's list for your country for product purchases and services.

    What is the Return Policy?

    Merchandise returned without prior permission will not be accepted for credit. Please contact customer service at 800-331-0021 (818-340-3433 direct) or email Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). No credit will be issued for products returned after 30 days from the date of invoice. All products returned after five (5) business days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.      Is my product covered under warranty?

    Our products are warranted to be in good working order and free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from date of sale. Any product with such defect may be returned for credit pending product evaluation upon receipt. Please see our Warranty Policy. A return authorization is always required and can be obtained by calling customer service at 800-331-0021 (818-340-3433 direct) or email Customer Service . Please see our Return Policy. 

    What if my product requires service someday?

    EndoscopySuperstore™ is a full service company that repairs and services all the products we sell. EndoscopySuperstore™ also services and repairs all major manufacturers’ endoscopes and instruments.
